I"m not going to waste my time on a new setup, when Hipstamp can't even improve the everyday use of it. I remember in the first weeks of Hips we were asked suggestions and nothing happened.

Same here, I used to have a subscription to "Dealer Alert", but that's a long time ago, all those listed probably are in jail or have died now. Now I keep my own list of all my customers, active or not. I know if my customers are previous Bidstar…

Interesting site! Too bad I hadn't known about it I might have kept collecting 1840-1940. Just sold my Scott International albums covering this period. Their is a definite demand for these stamps, has I found out when I listed my collection with m…

I've always used lighter fluid, the only difference with a "special" watermark fluid is the smell. The resulting detection is pretty much the same.

Hum! I've have been a seller / dealer since 1976, I've sold stamps with the old Approval system by mail, I took a 5 year break and when I came back from my trip I discovered the use of internet to sell stamps. So I started with EBay, then Bidstart…

Great I just learned something about why a store would not appear if not "available" to a region. So now I will go back to my relisting of my disappeared stamps which should be available for the whole world!

I just tried your link and I got an empty page. Happened to me last May. Wrote to support and they put back my store but with approx. 7000 listings missing. Since then I have been checking and reposting my items one by one. This site has lately b…

When HipStamp started, we were asked for suggestions to improve the Topical section. I for one made my suggestions and as usual nothing happened. It was pretty simple just adding a few subjects to try to diminish the "other" category. Has an exam…

I use Safari and never ever have problems with other sites. The problem is HipStamp. Today, I have been relisting some of the 7000 disappeared listings, and every 4 or 5 the system freezes, each time I reboot the screen and rework on my item and it…

The problem is that programmers or their bosses, NEVER actually use their "wonderful" creations and HipStamp is one of the best examples of this.

Things are getting better, everyday....

Same here, it happens often...and then everything is fine for a couple of hours. It's very annoying especially when you list, like I do, dozens fo items every day. I have to check all my listings and relist whatever disappeared a couple of ago. I…

I always include an invoice. At the very least it's handy to protect the stamp sent which of course is in a glassine invoice. Maybe that's why all my mailings got the customer without damage contrary to a previous mentioningg poor packaging...

It is very, very slow. Never since the Bidstart days, except when I started and didn't have much listed, I had less than one order a day. With HipStamp is gradually grew to 2 sales a day, some with 60/100 items. Which Codid, it grew to 3 orders …

Just shows, if needs be, how "simple" HipStamp is....

William, when I get an order from a buyer that did not leave a feedback from previous purchases. When I confirm shipping of his new order I suggest to leave feedback, because its important, and at the same time give a resume of how to leave a feedb…

Ted, everyday is a surprise, but its no fun! Today I'm stilling going through all my inventory to remove a few duplicate items and resisting the 6000+ items that disappeared last May. Today was very slow process because each time I wanted to press…
-
Always and I also send a Email confirming the shipment and suggesting to leave a feedback so I can estimate shipping times to different areas. Hopefully decreasing the automatic feedbacks. Which results in a question like "Where do we leave feedb…

Its probably because of all the improvements and the extra pressure because of the listing challenge which starts today and guess what....another bug! It ends today! "he HipStamp Listing Challenge has officially begun today. As one of our particip…

John O'Neil. Sorry for delay in answering. I'm relisting one by one and this creates a nice problem my sales are going up because of my "new" listings, but slowly. Yes I did get an answer, but with the mention that I would still have missing items…

Sales are disastrous. Last summer in June I had exactly 100 invoices this year 30! July last year at the exact same time I had 37 invoices, this year I'm at 15! And contrary to last year, absolutely no European or Asian orders. In my case sales …

They will certainly help but check your listings after they reload your items you might have a surprise! I has more or less 25,000 listings which disappeared and reappeared with only 20,000 items...for the last 2 weeks I have resisting my missing i…

Gee! If its been there for years, it was very well hidden because nobody. including myself seems to find it easy to find them. Strange that the subject has come up often in past discussions and everybody agreed it was a real pain to find past feed…

To come back to the subject, sales ARE slower. At the same time last year I was selling on average 3 orders a day, some with 50 to 70 items. This year my sales have slowed down to 1 a day at the beginning of the month and this week I'm at 1 for th…

Strange that the same thing is happening world wide and the local people got the same price increases without "You get what you vote for" And nobody voted for Putin...
-
Same here and its been happening for the last couple of days.
-
Francois, thats all I do resist these days, sales are a little slower than usual...now that Covid is over everybody is returning to their routine, so now I more time to repair this mess...4300 missing listings to find.
-
Scott I just noticed your message, I have resisted the 2 items you mentioned. I have started going through all my listings... its going to take a while!
